How to: Microdosing Mushrooms
1. Be sober and have no toxic substances in your system
2. Fast for at least 2-3 hours before consuming your microdose
3. Focus on your intent
4. Wait for at least 1 hour after your microdose to eat a meal or snack
5. Take one to two capsules with water
6. Repeat for four to five days in a row
7. Stop for the remaining days of the week as a rest period
8. Repeat for at least 2 weeks
Microdosing magic mushrooms is not difficult and can be very beneficial, but here are some points to remember.
Be sure that you’re sober and have prepped adequately. This means no toxic substances or alcohol in your system prior to consuming mushrooms at all. Clear your mind and focus on your intent. Is it feeling positive today? Is it being more focused? Wait about an hour after taking the mushrooms before consuming any other substances.
Don’t be afraid to eat more than 1 or 2 capsules. It is common for people to eat more than they think and still feel fine. It’s also not uncommon for people to consume far more than this without adverse effects (but then again, very high doses are not recommended, ever).
It is not recommended to consume microdosing mushrooms if pregnant or breastfeeding. There is no evidence that it’s harmful to the fetus or newborn, but there is reason to believe that they may have a mildly hallucinogenic effect.
Don’t consume microdosing mushrooms on a full stomach. It’s not necessary to consume them before breakfast. You can safely do so after two hours of fasting though. After all, one doesn’t really feel any increase in highness after such an amount (again, maybe 1-2 capsules in a day) and it’s more just a matter of being more lucid when microdosing.
After microdosing mushrooms for at least 2 weeks, our customers have a better sense of well-being, advanced focus, increased energy, positive mood and a flow-state of creative inspiration. This is due to improved communication between the right and left hemispheres of the brain and the microdosing mushrooms effect on the 5-HT2A receptors.
Optional: Keep a journal. Tracking how you deal with various situations after starting your microdosing regime will allow you better appreciate the benefits of microdosing. How did similar situations in the past make you feel, how do you feel about them now and going forward.
